Prior to joining Rocsearch, Sachin worked as a Senior Vice President at Helix

in consultation with the promoter group, providing strategic direction to the
promoters and staff, recruitment, setting up business processes and quality systems,
training of staff, institutionalizing best practices and doing everything that goes
into building a world class service organization which is recognized as a leader in
the structured finance outsourcing space.

Meghraj (erstwhile Chesterton Meghraj) as a General Manager- Business Development.
JLLM is the Indian operations of Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), the only real
estate money management and services firm. Sachin played a key role in establishing
the JLLM brand in India by efficiently marketing its services. Sachin has also
worked with Futurescape as a Director - Business Development and was responsible for
the building the organization from a small start up to being recognized as one of
the best known domestic CRM consulting firms.
